ON JANUARY 31ST- COME ONE, COME ALL,

AND FOU WHATCHA WANNA, NEW ORLEANS STYLE!

WHAT: We are excited to extend an exclusive media invitation to our upcoming LES FOUS DU CARNAVAL parade and afterparty. This event celebrates the culture bearers of New Orleans, showcasing the city’s rich diversity and the vibrant community that makes up the fabric of our streets. Join us on the street to FOU WHATCHA WANNA! Come feel the colors of the city, the energy of LES FOUS, and the true essence DU CARNAVAL!

Immerse yourself in the vibrant tapestry of the city, where the energy of "LES FOUS" dances through the streets and the spirit of "DU CARNAVAL" comes alive in a kaleidoscope of color and sound. Let the rhythm of the city sweep you away and awaken your senses to an unforgettable celebration that can only be experienced by "LES FOUS" of New Orleans!

About Les Fous du Carnaval- Les Fous du Carnaval is a community of like-minded krewes with shared ideals consisting of the krewes of: Krewe of Goddesses, Krewe of Hellarious Wingnuts, Flora & Fauna, The Legendary Order of the Casket Girls, Shimmy Shakti Belly Dance Goddesses, Krewe of Aziza, and Bywater Crazy Cat Ladies & Gents.

Organized in 2021 and launched its first parade in 2022. We are not bound by a single captain—each inner krewe has equal input and a safe space to shape our future. Iconoclastic, inclusive culture bearers, striving to represent the true diversity of our city within our membership and keep Carnival equitable, accessible, and affordable for all.

We are lovers, not fighters. We bow down to no ruler. We are Carnival of and for the masses.
